Perhaps it is time to add seismic activity to the list of searches procured by Conveyancing Solicitors when acting for a Purchaser. Currently Environmental Searches cover flood risk, natural ground subsidence and mining works (amongst others) but is it time to add a register of seismic acitivity as there have been more reports of the phenomenon recently and this area in Kent was hit by earthquake activity as recently as 2007
