The new Law Society endorsed Veyo Conveyancing case management system aims to make the whole process more transparent and easier to follow for the lay Client. Will this work in practice ? Will it reduce the number of calls to Solicitors and Estate Agents or increase them if the lay Client does not understand the information on Veyo ? Will being able to assess the status of the entire chain put pressure on the link it is perceived the chain is waiting for ? We wait to see once the Veyo system goes live.
